Hi. How can we help you?
1. Do not share your account information with others.
Never share your account details—such as your username, password, phone number, or email address—with anyone else. This information is personal and must be kept confidential. Protecting your personal information helps prevent identity theft. Identity theft occurs when someone else accesses your personal information and acts on your behalf online. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using your account.
2. Do not share your account with others.
You should be the only person with access to your account. Accounts shared with others are often suspended due to rule violations, ownership disputes, or the sale of the account. Others using your account may not exercise the same level of caution and care as you do.
3. Ensure your personal information is accurate and valid.
After creating your account, you must verify your phone number and email address. Please ensure these remain active, as they will be used to contact you and deliver important information from us.
4. Choose a secure password.
A strong password is long, complex, and difficult to guess. Using a combination of letters, numbers, and uppercase and lowercase characters makes your account more secure. Choose a password that would be difficult for even someone who knows you well to guess. We recommend changing your password regularly. The password must meet the following requirements:
6–20 characters long
Contain at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Contain at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Contain at least one number (0–9)
Special characters (@$!%*#) may be used
5. Do not share your deposit receipt with others.
This is a crucial point to keep in mind. Some members may attempt to deposit funds using a “cash-out number” that does not belong to them or have someone else deposit money into their account. We do not recommend such actions, as they put both your account and your funds at risk.
6. Clear your browser cache. We recommend clearing your browser’s disk cache after every internet session. Click here for more information.
7. Always report suspicious activity
If you suspect that an unauthorized person has accessed your account, please change your password and check your transactions and account balance. If you discover any suspicious transactions or errors, please notify us immediately via “Live Chat” or by emailing support.pk@Khan.live.
